At Blue and Green, we understand how crucial it is to always receive the things you have purchased in the best possible shape and on schedule. Therefore, in order to get your products to you as soon as possible, we use a wide network of couriers.
We only send using reputable courier services to guarantee that your product arrives at your address as soon as possible and in good condition.
Although we will try our best to dispatch every item in your order at the same time, product availability or other factors may make this not always possible.
At the moment, we supply over 1000 Indian cities.
All weekdays (Monday through Saturday) that are not public holidays are when we ship.
We now offer Free shipping for all orders over ₹499/-.
Before accepting delivery of the products, if you think the product is not in good condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please refuse delivery of the item and call our Customer Care, specifying your purchase reference number. We’ll do everything in our power to get you a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of receipt and delivered within 2-3 business days. However, there are situations where we might need to obtain the item from other retailers or our suppliers, which could delay the shipping of the purchase by up to three working days.
